My Business is About Building Relationships

It was great speaking with you and talking about elevating your business!

As we discussed earlier, I am not interested in taking on one-off projects (which means build it and be done) because I have found that it just does not work. In other words, business owners are just not meeting their goals and getting a good return for the website.

Therefore, my business is about building relationships…hopefully long term relationships.

I have an established process which helps my clients discover “SMART” (Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Realistic, Time-bound) goals and top priority needs from their website, while creating a “Strategic Blueprint” to achieve those results. This blueprint is then used to keep us all on the same page and to make sure you get the best possible solution for your business.

In my business model, I offer much more than just web design – but also consulting, content and strategy planning, development, customer engagement strategy, maintenance, etc.

You mentioned that you were not clear on how our Digital Marketing Plans works. After a small initial setup fee, there is a monthly fee  that distributes the design and development costs over 12 months while also including web hosting, email, and constant updates to make sure the site is fast and secure. I also provide a convenient payment plan because, 1) it is easier for small businesses to budget and, 2) it is about building a long term relationship in helping your business grow. If you were not interested in the payment plan, my fixed fee structure is 50/30/20.

I believe that your new website solution will easily pay for itself with professional branding, lead generation, online class scheduling, and most importantly content creation. Your potential clients will see you as an authority as you build up readership and visitors to your new site…which should result in more clients too!
